CODE OF ETHICS AND STANDARDS
The Code of Ethics and Standards presents principles and regulations intended as a guide for the individual member.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES
- Members shall use hypnosis strictly within the limits of their training and competence.
- Members shall be aware of their limitations and always avoid infringement on other professions.
PRACTICE OF HYPNOSIS
Responsibility of Members :
- Members shall not disseminate false or exaggerated claims regarding hypnosis, but shall attempt whenever possible to inform and educate the public with a true perspective of hypnosis.
- Members shall publicly maintain a professional demeanour towards other professions expressing divergent views on hypnosis.
